Previously, Chef Shiv has held pivotal roles in the culinary landscape, including Acting Executive Chef at Mövenpick Hotel JBR Dubai and Acting Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef at Radisson Blu Dubai.
At Mövenpick Hotel JBR Dubai, Chef Shiv managed a diverse kitchen brigade consisting of an ex-pat Chef De Cuisine, 8 Chef De Parties, and 50 Culinary associates.
His leadership extended across five exclusive outlets, including ‘Made in India’ showcasing Indian specialties, ‘Red’ highlighting Asian cuisine, ‘Café Delish’ serving 24-hour delights, ‘Peg’ offering an array of whiskey selections, and ‘Chocolate Box,’ the delectable pastry shop. Additionally, Chef Shiv oversaw banquet facilities with a capacity of up to 1000 guests, ensuring impeccable culinary experiences for all patrons.
